Job Title: Female Community Support Worker
Must be a driver with own vehicle
Hours: 36 (Mon - Sat only) 2.30pm to 8.30pm and Sat 9.30am to 3.30pm
If you can only work on some of the days stated, we are open to a job share.
As an Outreach Support Worker in Crawley, you will work with one young lady, who has Autism and Challenging Behaviour. This is an exciting opportunity to be a companion and make a real difference in someone's life. Highly rewarding role that requires patience and commitment the lady you will be supporting has a great sense of humour and is very talkative, she likes to access the community and window shopping, with frequent meals out and day trips. This a job where ultimately you are someone's companion and you plan exciting activities together.
Due to the needs of the person we are supporting, we do require female support workers at present, who hold a Full UK Driving Licence and are trained in MAPA, or willing to be trained in this.
