About this Job -

We are currently recruiting for a Complex Care Support Worker to support a lovely man who has cerebral palsy and additional health needs.

We have both full and part-time roles for someone who is happy to work a combination of days, nights and weekends, with the following shift patterns available:

  • 08:00-15:00
  • 13:00-21:30
  • 20:30-09:00 (Wake nights)

The person we support has the following clinical interventions:

  • Tracheostomy
  • Gastrostomy and jejunostomy
  • Inhalers
  • Medications
  • Moving & Assisting
  • Suctioning
  • Pump feeds.

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as you will receive training tailored to the service user's specific needs.


  • Earn £10.20
  • A regular working pattern
  • Being a part of a dedicated team for this gentleman
  • Paid nurse-led clinical training
  • 24/7 on call nurse support
