Job Description


Our client is currently looking for experienced support workers to work in an environment with young people with complex needs.

Based in the South Norfolk area these are full time roles, covering a Rota pattern of days/evenings/waking nights and weekends.

The role offers full training and the opportunity to work towards professional qualifications.

Salary offered is £19000-£20000

Supporting service users with their daily living skills and empowering them to be as independent as possible is a main feature of the position so having a flexible, empathetic, enthusiastic and resilient attitude is a must.

Further responsibilities:

Work as part of a care team
Protect services from threats both within and outside the environment
Maintain a sensitive and appropriate environment
Empower service users to actively make decisions in the day to day running of the service
Maintain positive relationships with family members and further support staff.
Ensure compliance is upheld and worked towards continuously.
