1-1 Support Workers / Care Assistants - Days

First City Recruitment Solutions are supporting the lead provider of Adult Social Care based in Swindon with Experienced Care Assistants / Support Workers working on a one-to-one basis providing high quality care Working in various healthcare settings in Swindon and surrounding areas.

Supporting people with personal care such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. Completing current and appropriate documentation which includes daily record keeping, charts and care plans.
In order to maintain this vital support services, we are looking for additional individuals who are committed to helping provide this care.

What we require from you:

Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a care environment in either a care home, or as a home care worker.

As a Healthcare Assistant you'll have a desire to work in elderly and dementia care. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be kind, reliable, empathic and recognise that the needs of each person we care for is individual.
