We have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Supported Living Scheme Manager to oversee our new, purpose built, service in New Milton. Comprising of 18 flats the service will enable Voyage Care to provide support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated Complex Behaviours.
This exciting opportunity will enable a passionate individual to make a positive impact on the lives of the People we Support. Working alongside the Registered Manager the Supported Living Scheme Manager will be integral to the development of the service as well as leading, developing and inspiring their own staff team.

Supported Living Scheme Manager role requirements:
Whilst predominately based in service this role will require the successful candidate to undertake assessments in the community and attend meetings with external stakeholders and other relevant third parties.
There will be an element of weekend work and on-call which will be undertaken on a rota basis.
Interviews for this role will consist of a panel interview and written assessment. Please allow half a day for your interview. Successful candidates will be interviewed the week commencing 28/01/2018.
