This is a brilliant role for someone with strong administration skills and coordination experience to join a growing business based in Marlow. This position can be remote initially, but will require someone to start coming into the office 2 days per week in the New Year.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will do the following:

Drive internal engagement of the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience both internally and externally.
Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to review processes and presents solutions/ideas for improvements.
Update Excel trackers on candidate journey through the hiring process
Support the TA team by coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Updating the ATS system and ensuring all candidate details are uploading & updated correctlyProfile

The ideal Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have the following skills/ qualities:

Process oriented and solutions focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong MS Office skills including the ability to generate reports using excel pivot tables and Powerpoint
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Effective time-management and prioritisation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamJob Offer
