An opportunity has arisen within our Food and Beverage Team for a Team Leader to join the Skyline Café and Catering Carts Team.

You will assist and support the venue manager in the day-to-day running of the venue, whilst ensuring that appropriate leadership is provided to our teams.

Our Skyline Cafe operates from 7am providing our Guests with an option to purchase breakfast, lunch and snacks. Our Cafe Carts team also assist with our food concessions and pop up bars in the skyline area meaning you could finish in the early hours of the morning working on a shift pattern.

We are open 7 days a week and have full and part time opportunities available.

Overall scope of the role:
* To support, coach, and mentor Team Members, creating a fun, safe, and highly motivated environment
* To role model everything that you do
* To be a Team player, but also have ability to work alone in leading your own delegated areas of responsibility
* To assist in creating and maintaining the best environment possible, wowing our guests in respect of friendliness, cleanliness and competence
* Be responsible for providing a high level of quality service throughout the restaurant whilst maintaining the appropriate standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
* Maintain open lines of communication both between your team and other leaders within the business
* To have the ability to be empathetic, therefore delivering the best holiday experience and exceeding expectations for all our guests

The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar environment, although not essential as full training will be given
* Have a problem-solving attitude
* Be passionate about delivery and exceeding our guests experience and expectations
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with both guests and team members
* Be a Committed Team Player being both flexible, enthusiastic
* Demonstrate exceptional service standards and have a good eye for detail.
