Job Title: Team Leader - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday - Sunday on a rota basis, covering early, late and night shifts.
Pay: £10.14 per hour
At Westwood we support nine people with learning disabilities, autism and/or behaviours that challenge. We have eight people living in the main house, two in their own flats, and one individual lives in a separate bungalow.
We are looking for genuinely caring, hands-on individual to join our team. Closely supporting our Service Manager, our Team Leaders are responsible for promoting, managing and coordinating care plans, and you'll play a central role in team leadership. From allocating shifts and training days to overseeing recruitment and induction, you will be central to service delivery and you'll take a hands-on approach to care management too.
Experienced in senior positions within a relevant care setting you'll be familiar with appropriate regulations and legislation, skilled in budgeting and administration, and you'll be ready for early responsibility. In return we'll support you to work towards a relevant Care and Management qualification.
It is an expectation that all staff are to have had or be part of the COVID-19 vaccination process unless they can provide an exemption reason.
You will need to hold at least an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and a Full UK Drivers Licence to apply for this role.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
