Who we are?

We are Care First Recruitment UK, a family run business who work non-stop to place the right candidates to our valued clients.

This is a national LD based company offering support work to LD, Complex and physical service users Fareham both based in single location. They are looking for Support Workers to provide care and support to Adults with Asperger’s, Complex needs, physical difficulties and Autism.

These are brand new roles in a new build site for new clients, be part of this journey from the beginning as a Team Leader.

What is the job of Team Leader Support Worker?

A Team Leader Support Worker is essential to work every day to help all service users live a dignified and meaningful life. The job requires the highest of standards, bags of passion while always considering the resident’s choices, their views and respecting their independence.

Activities will be a big part of this role such as bowling, going to the cinema and on days out to the coast – so it might not even feel like work some days!

What we are looking for?

Previous experience in a Senior Support role preferred but would also be open to a great candidate looking for progression. Ability to work and lead team.

Managing the service in the absence of the Service Manager
Shift leading
Updating support plans and risk assessments
Carrying out Support Workers supervisions and competency assessments
NVQ or relevent qualification much preferred.
