Team Manager - Disabilities Team
Service Care Solutions are currently looking for a Qualified Children's Team Manager for Enfield Council. The role requires effective delivery of a specified service with the post holder requiring previous experience in the area.

Role Requirements & Responsibilities
•Recognised Social Work qualification
•SW England registered
•Post qualifying experience
•Experience of continuing professional development
•To ensure that children are seen on a regular basis, that they are safe and that their views, wishes and feelings are recorded at all time
•To ensure that all supervisees receive frequent and regular formal supervision
•To be responsible for the development and maintenance of best practice in social work within their team and ensure that staff are fully supported to enable them to attain this
•To chair organisational meetings and panels, strategy meetings and looked after children reviews where necessary
•To take a lead role in handling complaints within the social services complaints guidelines
•To support the use of electronic data recording
•To receive supervision from the immediate line manager and to be assessed against agreed targets
•To undertake regular audits of casework to ensure compliance with Council policies and procedures
•To contribute to best value reviews as appropriate
•To assist in the design and implementation of procedures, system and information flow to maintain the productive and effective operation of the service
