Role -Telesales ExecutiveE £20,000.00 OTE £40k (telesales experience advantageous)
* PERMANENT ROLE - rapidly growing in size and turnover!
* 3 MONTH GUARANTEED BONUS - (MNTH 1 £1000.00; MNTH 2 £750.00; MNTH 3 £500.00)
* OTE £40K p/a

As a rapidly growing business both in size and turnover, they are looking for new people to join their Telesales team and help them grow even further. Acting as a Trusted Partner to their customers , you'll be joining a highly successful sales team where you will be valued and rewarded for the contribution you make.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our digital marketing team and also developing your own pipeline of customers
* Managing new and existing customer accounts
* Developing sales opportunities in partnership with your field sales colleagues
* Meeting/exceeding dynamic KPI’s set within the contact centre
Skills and Experience
* Confident and effective communicator
* Knowledge of all Microsoft office applications
* Experience of outbound lead generation/telesales
* Experience of working in a customer-centric position either face to face or over the phone
* Experience in account management
* Have worked in a commercially driven environment
* The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Highly motivated
* Driven by your own results
* Ability to speak to a varied range of people
* Eager to learn and build a career in a dynamic sales organisation
