We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Theatre Lead Nurse to work for a market-leading UK private clinic. You will be based in a state-of-the-art hospital in West London where you will lead a clinical team specialising in plastic surgery and cosmetic treatment.
Working with the newest modern technologies, you will be supporting Surgeons, Doctors and the wider Healthcare team to deliver various specialist procedures in theatre. With 12 world class clinics currently providing services across the UK, you will be joining a fantastic provider with an excellent reputation in the market.
Criteria for this Theatre Lead Nurse opportunity:
Registered Nurse (RGN) / Theatre Practitioner with current NMC PIN or HCPC Registration
Recovery / Theatre management experience
Ability to work in a specialist multi-disciplinary team
Passion for high quality patient centred care
Strong supervision and clinical leadership skills
Fast thinking with the ability to solve problems under pressure
Responsibilities for this Theatre Lead Nurse opportunity include:
Demonstrate leadership and promote and encourage quality team work
Work along side Head of Clinical Services
Supervision of specialist procedures in the theatre room
You will work to ensure that all staff members contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the hospital
A snapshot of the Theatre Lead Nurse package is:
Salary of £46,000 per annum
