Linq Healthcare are delighted to be recruiting for a leading private hospital in North Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced theatre professional to join the team as a theatre manager, to lead and develop a busy, high performing department where you will opportunities for development moving forward to progress your career.
This hospital is part of a small group with exciting growth plans. You will be working in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility offering patients a wide range of integrated surgical, medical and diagnostic services. You will lead an experienced team of scrub nurses and ODPs, and will provide appropriate clinical and managerial leadership throughout the department. You will act as a role model and mentor to clinical staff providing advice and support to others to promote good practice consistent with legislation and the hospital's standards. You will have the support of your team leaders and other members of the SMT. The successful candidate will play an imperative part in ensuring that the hospital provides safe and effective care to all patients across a number of surgical areas.

Requirements?
NMC/HCPC registered clinicians - your registration should not have any restrictions or conditions - RGN / ODP
Have a minimum of 2 years management experience currently at Deputy Theatre Manager level as a minimum
