Your new company
Hays Healthcare currently have requirements for experienced Theatre Practitioners to work in a large acute Trust in the Lincolnshire region. The Trust is built on three large hospital sites in Lincoln, Boston & Grantham.
Your new role
You will be needed for ongoing and ad hoc temporary assignments, which will fit around your availability. You will need to be able operate effectively within a multidisciplinary perioperative team, contributing to the overall performance of the theatre.
You will need to be competent in various facets of the role; being comfortable conducting scrubs, assist in administrating anaesthetics and helping to recover patients from surgery.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role, it is essential that you hold a current and full membership from either the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). We will also need to evidence your previous experience working within theatres, by obtaining references that cover a three-year period.
