Swan ward is a 31 bedded fast paced, high turnover, trauma elective orthopaedic ward.
We have a fantastic new opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated therapist/AHP with strong clinical leadership and managerial skills who demonstrates expertise in the specialty of Trauma and Orthopaedics to join our team.
We are about to embark on a new venture and are challenging existing models of ward management. We already have an experienced nurse manager in post and are looking to create a new additional ward manager post to be appointed to a therapist/AHP.
This post will initially be part of a pilot programme for one year
The successful applicant will be someone who can offer strong organisational skills and will also have a gift for inspiring multi-disciplinary teams to challenge traditional models of care to continually improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction. The ability to develop effective relationships is paramount. You must be proficient in change innovation.
