Job Description

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensure all departmental monthly and weekly timesheets are entered accurately on the HR system by the deadlines provided.
  • Be fully trained in the use of the HR system in order for you to fully understand the timecard system.
  • Understand the local pay framework around enhancement, unsocial hours etc.
  • Liaise with central HR Shared Services and payroll departments to investigate colleague queries about their pay.
  • Respond to all queries in an efficient and timely manner.

Your skills and Experience

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised, good at multi-tasking and prioritising your work
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience of using Oracle HR system would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
