Beautiful, homely, friendly Residential Care Homes based in Hindhead, Surrey (GU26) seek Trainee Care / Support Workers for days or night shifts.

About the role of the Trainee Care / Support Worker - Days or Nights Shifts

To provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities
Help with day to day tasks around the home, supporting them with preparing meals, putting on their washing, ironing, promoting good hygience through personal care, encouraging them to take part in activities to improve their social skills and confidence, help with pocket money, appointments and with their shopping.
This is rewarding work!

What our clients are looking for in the rainee Care / Support Workers for days or night shifts.

Previous care experience would be useful, although not essential as full training will be provided to those applicants who show the right attitude and aptitude towards this type of work.

Desire to help vulnerable adults and encourage them to improve their skills, confidence and improve their life.

You will be someone keen to learn new skills, who is flexible, with a great deal of common sense, able to build trust and a good rapport with the residents / service users and have a great impact on their lives in a positive way.
