Unit Lead - needed for each floor working nights only, I am looking for 2 staff nurses, who want to move up the career ladder, and want to take charge of their own unit of Nursing Home Residents.

This fabulous Nursing Home, has just gone through a Management change and a huge refurb, it was visited last week by the CQC - they rated it as GOOD.

We now need the nurses to run the Units, offering personalised care to our fabulous residents.

You would be responsible for 26 residents, working with 4 top class carers, you will be working for one of the best Nursing Home providers in the UK, outstanding training and development and a defined career path.

Opportunity to mentor and develop both carers and student nurses, opportunity to undertake the mentorship module
