Job Description

Are you an Clinical Lead Nurse who prides themselves on providing top quality care at all times? Are you ready to take your career to the next level?        TTM are working closely with a national Care Home group to recruit high calibre people for their homes across Northern Ireland including a lovely home in Newtownabbey. The home is a purpose built, medium sized nursing home for older people. They support people with physical needs who require assistance and care. The home is a comfortable environment, finished to a high standard and it enables us to provide person centred care tailored to the needs of residents. It is run by a dedicated and trained team who each provide a high standard of care to enhance resident’s quality of life.   The successful candidate will be motivated to work in a service that offers involvement and empowerment for service users, contributing to the development and enhancement of nursing services. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and current legislation, meeting quality standards and delivering against key performance indicators, you will lead, enhance and deliver exceptional standards of performance that have become synonymous with the group.   You should have the following skills and attributes:   NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered)   Extensive clinical and management experience   Ability to harness the commitment and potential of others   Fine tuned decision making skills   Excellent organisational capability   Effective communication skills   Motivated with a strong “can do” attitude   A role model to other staff - providing advice and support to promote good practice   The successful person will be rewarded with:   A competitive salary of up to £43,500 per annum   Disclosure check cost coverage   Comprehensive induction and commitment to ongoing training   25 days annual leave plus bank holidays   Online benefits and cashback rewards   Cycle to work scheme   SMART Childcare Vouchers   SMART Pension option   Is this you?
