Service Care Solutions are looking for an Administrator for a vacancy which has become available at the Police Station, near Fareham.
The post holder will provide administrative and clerical support to all departments within NaVCIS. Including administration support with their day to day duties and responsibilities.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
To provide high quality customer focused administration and information to all NaAVCIS staff. Responding to calls/emails or sign posting the enquire to the required information at the first point of contact wherever possible.
Being confident and accurate user of the IT Systems used by NaVCIS. Maintaining office spreadsheets, databases and filing systems and entering data as required. Interrogate computer systems to research intelligence, particularly in relation to Ports and Freight work streams
Manage own workloads and tasks in a prompt, efficient and proactive manner, ensuring completion within service level agreements (SLAs).
To produce management information on a variety of NaVCIS issues using data extracted from manual and computerised systems.
Participate in other areas of NaVCIS work or support other customer groups as required by the needs of the business.
To organise meetings/visits on behalf of the NaVCIS as well as meet and greet visitors
To process incoming post and action correspondence when appropriate.
To maintain appropriate levels of NaVCIS stationery and marketing materials
Essential: QCF Level 2 including passes in Maths and English or work experience that may be deemed to have brought the postholder up to a comparable level.
Desirable: RSA II or equivalent in word processing/typing.
QCF Level 2 in ICT or work experience that may be deemed to have brought the postholder up to a comparable level.
