We require an occupationally competent practitioner, with one of the following; first level Nurse Registration, Assessor qualification A1 (or equivalent) or a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care to assess our employee's on QCF Diploma & Apprentice programmes.
This post is key to the development of the group in terms of meeting and exceeding national training requirements and promoting standards of excellence within our service provision.
If you are a highly motivated confident person with a good understanding of the VQ/QCF Diploma process, this could be the role for you! Managing your own learner caseload you will be working with some autonomy but under guidance and supervision. You will have good communication, time management skills and have the ability to motivate and develop others.
In order to provide a consistent approach within our employee development function, you will be required to attend meetings both with the internal team and external regulatory bodies. The role includes working with the Operational Teams to promote high standards of learning and development including e-learning. You will help to ensure a safe working environment for staff which complies with Health and Safety legislation and National Minimum Standards.
As this post involves commuting within a defined geographical area, the post holder will hold a full driving licence and have access to a motor vehicle.
