Priory North London is seeking a highly motivated Ward Assistant Administrator to work in the Acute Adult Unit, based in Southgate.

The post holder will be expected to provide clerical, administrative and information technology support to medical, nursing and other staff in relation to the patients being cared for within the Unit. Primarily you will be based within a particular area/ward; the post holder will also be required to cover breaks for the receptionist. You will have a flexible approach to your working practice and be able to work to deadlines.

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining patient files and notes, including the filing of all patient information in a timely and efficient manner. As well as collating reports, Medical Records and formatting letters you will also be responsible for emailing documentation to external and internal professionals adhering to GDPR requirements.
