The Princess Alexandra Hospital has opened a new Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU).
We are looking for Band 3 Co-ordinators. This exciting development needs highly motivated and dedicated administrators to join the Surgical Health Group.
The role of SAU co –cordinator is responsible for managing the administration of all patients managed in the SAU, in a combined tracker, ward clerk and receptionist role. Supporting the smooth running and co-ordination of the unit.
You will be able to work autonomously and have the ability to priorities your workload and work well within a team. You could potentially be the first point of contact for most visitors and patients to the unit and will ensure the Trust Values are used at all times to ensure the best patient experience.
The post holder will need to have experience in using Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have administration experience, skills and knowledge.
