Ward Manager - RMN / RNLD - ASD ward or Adult acute ward

I am currently looking for a Ward Manager ( Registered Nurse RMN / RNLD - ASD ward or Adult acute ward) for private mental health hospital in Bradford.

Free uniform As Ward Manager - RMN / RNLD - ASD ward or Adult acute ward) you will be responsible for:

Assessing priorities, delegating available resource effectively and ensuring documentation is completed
Working with the nursing and medical team to provide care for adults with severe mental health needs; including acute mental health, and dual diagnosis with a secondary diagnosis on ASD (autistic spectrum disorder)
Administering medication
Reviewing the care needs of patients, analysing trends to ensure clinical reports are maintained accurately and care is delivered accordingly based on each patient's requirements. As a Ward Manager -RMN / RNLD - ASD ward or Adult acute ward) you will have:

A Registered Nurse RMN / RNLD qualification
Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and assessments
Experience working in a similar environment with either mental health, learning disabilities, or autistic spectrum disorder
Team Management experience
