Job Description

Leaders In Care is working in partnership with a leading specialist in adult mental health provision, which is looking for a dedicated Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD) to join its established clinical team. You will be based in the Ealing area of West London - easily accessible from the M25 and Central London - on a salary of up to £50,000 a year.

You will be working for a market leading, fully-compliant healthcare provider with a portfolio of more than 50 mental health hospitals across the UK. This role will involve managing the Eating Disorder unit in a specialist female-only, adult hospital where you will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with your dynamic and innovative approach.

You will be paid an attractive salary of up to £50,000 based on 37.5 hours per week, which equates to £25.60 per hour. You will also benefit from a comprehensive range of benefits, including:

You may previously have worked as a senior Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD) and will have great experience in a variety of Ward Manager jobs. As such, you will have a genuine passion and understanding for service users with a diagnosed Mental Health condition and will have leadership experience in this or a similar setting. You will be an inspirational mentor to all staff and have a clear vision of how to facilitate outstanding care.
