A rare opportunity has arisen for a Ward Manager to join a private hospital in Southwest London. This senior healthcare role commands a salary of up to £51k plus excellent company benefits.
You will be working in a unit that specialises in adult patients with complex care needs. You will need to bring collaboration and leadership skills to this Ward Manager role, with a comprehensive knowledge of modern care practices and expert clinical knowledge.
To give you an idea of the scope of this Ward Manager role, if you were already working at the hospital over the last week, your duties would have included:
HR and budget management for the unit
Overseeing staff rotas ensuring adequate coverage and skillset
Monitoring patient care provision and being responsible for family liaison
Performing ongoing evaluation of CQC regulation and requirements within the unitThe successful Ward Manager will have an active NMC PIN - RGN, RMN or RNLD. You will relevant experience - preferably within acute cate - and your previous working history will need to demonstrate experience of leadership, management and multi-disciplinary team working.
