LINQ Healthcare are working alongside a leading provider of independent healthcare in the West Midlands who have the opportunity for a Registered Nurse - RGN to join their hospital in Droitwich
The ideal candidate will be able to ensure that standards of patient care are always consistently maintained in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures as a skilled member of the nursing team. They should also promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees and visitors.

To be considered for the Registered Nurse - RGN position you must have:
�Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing. Or Registered Nurse Level 2 - Relevant Competencies for the role.
�Evidence of relevant clinical professional development preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
�Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
�Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
�Excellent clinical applied knowledge which is evidenced based and takes account of national best practice standards.
�Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
�Basic workload / shift management skills.
�Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence. Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
