We have an excellent new vacancy available for an experienced Practice Nurse in Isleworth, for 3 days per week (Mon, Tues & Fri).
To be shortlisted for this role, it's essential
you have present or very recent Primary Care and general Practice Nurse skills, including Chronic Disease Management, Cytology and Immunisations, and you live within a reasonable commute of Isleworth.
The practice boasts a well-functioning and friendly clinical team consisting of Salaried and Partner GPs, ANPs, HCAs, Practice Nurses and Pharmacists. They offer fantastic, widespread services to their patients and have a mixed patient demographic, meaning no two days will be the same.
